So, one might ask where Hilldegard was and what She was doing during the Bengazi crisis! Well, She was in Africa watching and participating in a dancing
exhibition by Her African sisters while advocating for the feminist agenda. Ah, the most-travelled but least accomplished Secretary of State! When She said She accepts responsibility for the Bengazi debacle, She ought to demonstrate the conscience of Her convictions and Her remorse by denouncing and declining any ideas of running for the presidency--"I will not serve, nor will I accept the nomination."
